My Story
For decades, I worked in the mental health field, gaining a hands-on understanding of trauma, adaptation, and the complexity of the human healing process. Yet despite years of professional experience, I did not understand my own suffering for a very long time.

I did not recognize my history of emotional neglect until midlife. Like many people shaped by absence rather than overt harm, I spent decades believing I was broken—misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and treated for symptoms without anyone asking what might have been missing. What I now recognize as grief and nervous system collapse was once labeled pathology. I lived through repeated cycles of distress, shutdown, and exhaustion without language for what I was carrying.

This lived experience is foundational to my work.
My healing did not come from a single modality or explanation, but from learning to see my life with context rather than judgment. Writing became one way of doing that — an effort to make sense of long-standing patterns and to name what often goes unseen when emotional needs are unmet. Alongside this, my spiritual inquiry deepened, opening a different way of listening, understanding, and releasing what had been held for far too long.
When I began working with the Akashic Records, I witnessed profound shifts — both in myself and in others. Patterns that had taken years to circle through using traditional approaches could come into awareness with clarity and compassion. Deep-seated wounds and long-held beliefs surfaced not through effort, but through gentle recognition.
Over time, and through hundreds of free readings, I refined my practice and learned to offer both Akashic Record Readings and Akashic Record Clearings. In this work, I serve as a clear and trusted channel, bringing through information and facilitating release. The deeper guidance comes from your Higher Self, Masters, Teachers, and Guides within the Records.

Readings and Clearings work together — one offering understanding, the other supporting release. Clients often come seeking clarity around patterns that feel confusing, repetitive, or heavy, and leave with a greater sense of perspective, connection, and inner quiet.
My work, both spiritual and written, emerges from the same place: a respect for survival, a refusal to rush healing, and a belief that understanding can be transformative when it arrives with gentleness rather than pressure.
